The games simplistic and fun control scheme, great art and sound separate this game from others. The two button layout is perfect for the screen size, and as an obvious homage to mega man, I ate this game up.
Very nostalgic! Just like the old 8 bit games. Minus the physical controller... Def. worth the money!
Wow! This game gives me the nostalgic feeling that I have been looking for on iOS that Ive come close to but never quite reached. This game has done it perfectly!
Gives you a nostalgic feel
try it!
The difficulty of it keeps you playing with having just a hint of passion in each level.
Very fun!
Which isnt a bad thing
This feels like sitting in front of a nes with mega man booted up. Love it. Worth more than it already is
This game is very fun and makes me rage.
Nostalgia at its best such a fun game.
This is basically a nes mega man clone. It looks, sounds, and to a certain extent feels like a megaman. This game scratches the nostalgia itch. My only major complaint is the huge hit box your character has. You can take damage without really making contact with enemies. It makes an otherwise enjoyable game frustrating.
Has an obvious inspiration and it does a great job of living up to that inspiration. With $0.99 as a price, theres really nothing to lose and youll quickly love it.
- The jump in difficulty on the final level is extreme - The weapons seem largely useless outside of a few gimmicky situations where youre forced to use them
Rules.
Great controls (one unspoken thing Mega Man had mastered) and the same trope (in a good way)
I love Venture Kid because of the old times Megaman style so I would hope there is more coming
This is a pretty good throw back to NES days. Good game play and hard enough you have to keep coming back in order to really do well.
Tough enough Poor mans castlevania
